Bourbon & Birds

with High West Distillery
Wednesday, September 27th at 6:30 pm
$125  per person

Indulge your taste buds in a truly exquisite dinner experience at Grace! Featuring bourbon from High West Distillery, this four-course culinary event will be one that you won’t soon forget. Each course will be accompanied by a specially crafted bourbon cocktail to enhance the flavor profile of the unique dishes prepared by Executive Chefs Adam O’Hara and Megan Ware.

High West Distillery, located in Park City, Utah, began with humble roots, opening a small, 250-gallon still and Saloon in an historic livery stable and garage. What was once a small operation in downtown Park City has grown to be an internationally-recognized, award winning brand. Don’t miss out on this one-night event, specifically created for Grace!

Soufflé Class

with Executive Pastry Chef
Megan Ware

Thursday, October 19th at 7:00 pm
$65  per person

Savor the rich and decadent flavors of Aventine’s Sweet Potato Soufflé in this much anticipated cooking class taught by Executive Pastry Chef Megan Ware! Participants will learn the science, tips, and tricks behind making the perfect Soufflé as our award-winning Chef demonstrates Aventine’s most sought-after dessert! The infamous Soufflé will be the star of the class, accompanied by delicious salted caramel sauce, cornflake streusel, and cinnamon gelato. Those who begin this evening with a dinner reservation at Aventine will receive a complimentary cocktail during the Soufflé class. Don’t miss out on this fun-filled evening of instruction, storytelling, and tasting!
