Classic Cooking Series:
Foundational Sauces
with Executive Chef Adam O'Hara

Join Executive Chef Adam O’Hara for a one of a kind culinary demonstration. This five class culinary course will feature the five French Mother Sauces and their derivatives. Developed in the 19th century by French chef Auguste Escoffier, mother sauces serve as a starting point for a variety of delicious sauces used to complement countless dishes, including vegetables, fish, meat, casseroles, and pastas. Each class includes detailed demonstration of one of the "Mother" sauces, followed by the "Daughter" sauce derived from its foundation. 

January 21st - Bechamel Sauce

February 18th - Veloute Sauce

March 18th - Espagnole Sauce

April 15th - Hollandaise Sauce

May 11th - Tomato Sauce

Join Certified Winebow Professional Shelley Medders  for a class  designed to be the ultimate introductory to wine. Focusing on tasting techniques and basic wine styles, it covers exactly what is needed to conquer dinner parties, business dinners, gift selection, and the wine shop.

A Charcuterie Board crafted  by Chef Morgan compliments the experience.

Cake Decorating Class with Cake Artist Kate White

Join Cake Artist, Kate White, for an interactive cake decorating class that will teach the basics used when transferring creativity and design to our Honeymoon Bakery cakes! Sip on Prosecco while learning different piping and icing techniques that are certain  to impress the cake eaters in your life! A six inch cake, decorating materials and bubbly are all included in the price.
