Wine and Cheese Class

Wednesday, April 3rd at 6:30 pm

$45 per person

Have you ever wondered why wine and cheese are such a match made in Heaven? In this class, you will have the opportunity to sample six cheese varieties and six complementing wines, all while learning the art and science behind these “perfect pairings”. Join cheese professional Sous Chef Morgan Smith, Executive Chef Adam O’Hara, and wine expert Dawn Marie Brown for a fun-filled evening of delicious education. This class is great for beginners and pros alike!

Pasta Making Class

Wednesday, April 10th at 6:30 pm

$65 per person

Discover just how simple it is to make pasta dough at home under the guidance of a professional chef in this pasta making class with talented Executive Chef Adam O’Hara! Chef O’Hara is well trained in pasta making techniques and ready to share his expert knowledge with you. You'll begin by learning how to make pasta dough from scratch, followed by a demonstration of how to create a  homemade sauce to complement each delicious bite!

​Pasta samplings of all sauces, simple green salad, focaccia, and tiramisu are included in this demonstration cooking class.

Cajun Cooking

Wednesday, April 17th at 6:30 pm

$95 per person

In this one-of-a-kind demonstration class, sit back and enjoy watching our skilled, entertaining chefs prepare the most iconic of Cajun dishes, Andouille Shrimp Gumbo! Blossom Hill’s Chef de Cuisine Maurice Reed and Executive Chef Adam O’Hara are both well-trained in flavorful cooking techniques and ready to share their expert knowledge with you on how to prepare this New Orleans favorite! Be sure to bring your appetite, as class participants will be provided a fantastic Cajun meal which includes a Seasonal Fresh Mixed Green Salad, Corn Muffins, Maque Choux, Creole Pomme de Petite Pois, Smothered Okra Chicken, Andouille Shrimp Gumbo and Bignettes with powdered sugar. This bountiful, flavorful buffet is a culinary experience not to be missed!  Non-alcoholic drinks included in ticket price. Cash bar available.

Pizza Making Class

Back by popular demand!  Experience the ultimate Pizza Making Class with Chef de Cuisine Jamey Brazier as he demonstrates the techniques behind homemade pizza dough and delicious pizza sauce. You will build your own individual pizzas with a variety of seasonal and fresh toppings. A simple green salad and delicious tiramisu included. Cash bar provided.
